About Our Classes
- Our school year season is offered in four 8-week sessions.
- Dancers benefit most from participating in all sessions, including the June recital and optional summer engagement.
- Minimum enrollment for June recital participation is Session III and IV.
- Dancers enrolled in Session I have their space reserved automatically for subsequent sessions.
- Enrollment in later sessions is dependent upon space availability.
- All listed ages use September 1st as a cut-off so classes align with school grades.
- Our First Steps program is for pre-school thru Kindergarten aged dancers
- Our Upper School program is for dancers in 1st grade and above
- Consideration for placement above Level A is based on mastery of skills, experience, and age
- Dancers will typically remain in a level for 2 - 3 years.
- For specific session dates and enrollment details, refer to our calendar.
Dressed for Dance Class Success!
Our studios uphold a structured dress code rooted in classical dance traditions. Dress codes help our dancers take pride in their appearance and show their respect for the art form. Properly fitted dancewear helps a dancer move confidently without distraction, and allows instructors to see alignment and technique.
Remember, dance shoes should never be worn outside! This will help prolong their lifespan, and keep our facilities clean.
