Mrs. Michele...

Michele began dancing at age 5. She has been performing professionally since she was 9 years old.

In addition to performing at the White House for the President and dignitaries, Michele also has several film and TV credits.


Michele studied Dance and Theater Arts at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and at University of Maryland.

She received her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance/Choreography from Towson University.


Michele owned & operated La Maison de la Danse studio with her mother and sister for 35 years; where she taught ballet, tap, jazz and pointe.

Michele also taught for Towson University Children's Dance Division, Columbia School of Theatrical Arts, Columbia Association's Camp of the Arts

Conservatory and most recently developed & implemented a dance program for Danville Area Community Center in central Pennsylvania.


She continues her dance education through workshops & master classes taught by world renowned dancers, the most memorable having been

Nikita Dolgushin-Dean of Dance at the Leningrad Conservatory & Vyachaslav Gordeyer the Artistic Director of the Moscow Ballet Company.


Michele has adjudicated auditions for the Maryland Council for Dance and is a member of Dance Educators of America.

Michele is ecstatic to re-join the Mid Shore Dance Academy family, after a hiatus during the pandemic.
